Antrak Logistics Delivers for San Carlos BioPower Project
Antrak Logistics is currently handling the importation and delivery of materials and equipment for the San Carlos BioPower Project. San Carlos BioPower is a biomass-fired power station under construction in San Carlos, Negros Occidental in the Philippines. After it is commissioned it will be among the biggest biomass power stations in the Philippines with a generating capacity of 19.99 megawatts. This will be enough electricity to provide 212,000 people power in the region’s urban centers and rural areas on the island of Negros. General Contractor is Wuxi Huaguang Electric Power Engineering.
Steel Casing Delivered for Cebulink JV for the Cebu-Cordova Bridge Project
Antrak Logistics delivered two (2) shipments of steel casing totalling 75 pieces for the Cebu-Cordova Bridge Project at Cebu City. Each steel casings had a dimension of 15m in length and 2.6m diameter & weight of 15 tons each.
This bridge will have a total length over 8km and will have 4 lanes (2 lanes in each direction) on it.
This bridge project was designed and being constructed by the consortium between a Spanish company Acciona Construccion S.A., DMCI and First Philippine Holdings Corp. for Metro Pacific Investments Corp. Target completion of the bridge is on the 1st Quarter of 2021 which is in time for the 500th year anniversary celebration of Ferdinand Magellan’s arrival in the Philippines.
Antrak Delivers Radar System For PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical And Astronomical Services Administration)
Antrak Logistics delivers two (2) new Radar System at two PAGASA sites: Daet Camarines Norte and Baler, Aurora. The Radome installed measures 6-10 meters in diameter.
Transportation, positioning and installation of the various accessories were completed in the planned timeline. The PAGASA Daet site used a 70 Toner Crane for lifting of the Parabolic Disc and other accessories while, the PAGASA Baler site used a 10 Toner Crane for lifting of the parts and accessories of the Radome.
Antrak was Awarded the transport by Japan Gas Corp. (JGC) for the Petron, Bataan Project
Antrak Logistics was awarded the transport contract for the Petron Project in Bataan by JGC Philippines.
JGC is doing the EPC and pre-commissioning works for Petron Corp. for two Propylene Spheres. Total Project duration will be around 18 months and most cargo will be loaded on Flatrack Containers. Once completed the Spheres will have a size of 20.4m (I.D.) x 23.2m (H).
Antrak’s scope of work is Import customs clearance, delivery from Manila International Port to Site and return of empty containers.
Antrak Logistics Delivers for the Novaliches-Balara Aqueduct Project
Antrak Logistics delivered 1 unit tunnel boring machine & its components for the Novaliches-Balara Aqueduct 4 (NBAQ4) Project. The project is undertaken by Nova Bala JV. The project will construct a fourth aqueduct from La Mesa Reservoir to the Balara Treatment Plant (BTP) 1 and 2. The goal is to improve the reliability and security of the raw water transmission system.
This project is the first tunnel to be constructed with a tunnel boring machine in Metro Manila. The estimated length of the tunnel when completed is 7.30 Km and it will have a diameter of 3.10 m. The expected capacity will be 1,000 million liters per day (MLD). It will be constructed below the Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.
Total volume transport is around 1000 FRT. Biggest components had weights of 72 tons and 58 tons. Antrak Logistics scope of work includes cargo clearance, delivery and unloading at Balara site using a 300 ton capacity crane.
Antrak Delivers BG30 Drill Rig for Bauer
Antrak Philippines executed the shipment of a BG 30 drill rig from Bauer Jakarta, Indonesia to Mandaue City, Cebu job site in July 2018.
Antrak Philippines in coordination with Bollore Jakarta performed the transportation and vessel loading operation via a chartered bulk vessel on June 12, 2018. The BG30 rig (when assembled) has an overall height of 26.5 meters and weighs approximately 94 tons.

Give Blood, Give Life : Antrak And Bollorè Blood Letting Project
Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation (APTSC) and Bolloré Logistics Philippines showed once again their bayanihan spirit in the 3rd Bloodletting Project which was held last 05 September 2018 from 08:00am to 03:00pm, at 3rd. Floor Formation Building B, APTSC and Bolloré Head Office.
In cooperation with the Philippine Red Cross – National Blood Center, led by Ms. Sheryll Tonelete M.D., the organization was able to donate approximately 13,950cc of blood from 31 successful donors out of 48 interested participants.
Successful donors were given a blood donation card and a ball pen from Philippine Red Cross. A button pin was also given to them by APTSC and Bolloré Philippines Management as a token of gratitude and appreciation.
The activity was given a rating of good to excellent by the donors and some even requested to have another bloodletting activity in the near future.

Antrak Logistics Conducts Hazmat Training
Antrak Logistics in partnership with Masbate Gold Project, Filminera Resources Corporation, Philippine Gold Processing Refining Corporation conducted on August 17-29, 2018 a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Safety Training. This is the 3rd year in a row that the team has organized this type of training. This year’s training was held at MGP Compound in Barangay Puro, Aroroy, Masbate.
There were 80 participants in the training who participated in classroom discussion, safety & chemical handling simulation exercises plus other problem-solving exercises for mine site type emergency situations.
The participants left the training in a high spirit and carried with them the attitude of safety in whatever task they do. Safety is not optional. Safety is a way of life.
Antrak Logistics Holds 5th Invitational Golf Tournament
The 5th Antrak Logistics Golf Tournament held at the scenic South Course of the Canlubang Golf and Country Club (CGCC) last April 20, 2018. This year’s tournament featured 101 players consisted of both clients and business partners of Antrak Logistics.
Tournament winners were Raul Magpantay of TESCO, Over-all Champion Mens; Marie Antoinette Mariano of BDO Over-all Champion Womens; Dennis Lamug of JG Summit, Class A Champion; Butch Gozum of Monark, Class A 1st Runner Up. Ernie Casas, Class B Champion; Buddy Segui of NGCP, Class B 1st Runner Up. Michael Barcelon, Class C Champion; Brent Worthington of HMR for the Longest Drive; Sikini Labastillas of SMC, Nearest to the Pin; Marie Antoinette Mariano of BDO, for the Most Accurate Drive.
The after tournament activity was held at the Main Restaurant of CGCC. This consisted of the awarding ceremony and the fellowship/networking portion.
The much anticipated raffle draw of prizes added to the excitement to the event. It was a fun-filled activity for all which made the event truly a success.
