ICTSI Berth 7

Antrak Logistics Delivers Steel Casing for ICTSI’s Berth 7 Expansion Project In Manila International Container Port

Antrak Logistics delivered 146 steel casing for ICTSI’s port expansion project in MICP. The steel casing reached length of 38m and diameter of 1.5m.
The job consisted of Antrak Logistics receiving and transporting the casing in two separate scheduled shipments.

The project berth expansion (MICT Berth 7), will have a controlling depth of 13.5 to 14.5 meters. The project was carried out by Prime BMD for ICTSI and will further strengthen MICT’s capacity to serve the world’s larger box ships and the increasing volume of container transport going to Manila and nearby cities.

Antrak Logistics Transported Biogas Generator Set from Cebu to CDO

Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation was nominated by DESCO Inc. to handle the transport of a Biogas Generator and its accessories from Bogo, Cebu to Del Monte, Cagayan de Oro. Scope included Crane rental, Jacking and skidding and Inland Transport.

1X300MVA NGCP

Antrak Performed Rigging of 1X300MVA Power Transformer at NGCP San Rafael Substation

Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation was nominated by MIESCOR (Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corp.) to handle the rigging and positioning to foundation of a 300MVA Power Transformer at the San Rafael Substation. The Power Transformer had a weight of 163Tons and dimensions of 1070 x 370 x 415cm.

Antrak Logistics Handles Offshore and Onshore Scope for JG Summit Plant Expansion

Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation, was chosen by JG Summit to handle the deliveries of various materials and equipment for the expansion project of their Petrochemical Plant in Simlong, Batangas.

Antrak was contracted directly by JG Summit as well as its EPC’s Ventanas / POSCO and CTCI Corporation. Scope of works included onshore and offshore requirements for Air, LCL, FCL and Breakbulk shipments.

Antrak Philippines Handles Breakbulk Shipment for Phil. Coastal Pipeline & Storage Corp.

Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corp. has been nominated by Phil. Coastal Pipeline & Storage Corp. to handle the receiving, delivery and site unloading of various steel plates intended for their New Storage Tanks Expansion.

First shipment from Japan of 1,117MT Hot Rolled Steel Plates via Subic Port
Second shipment from China of 158MT 5MM Hot Rolled Steel Plates via Manila North Harbor.

Siemens NGCP

Antrak Delivers Transformers for Siemens Inc. for the NGCP Project

Siemens, Inc. named Antrak Logistics as its Transport Partner for the North Luzon Transformer Project of NGCP. The Project Cargo consisted of 3 x 300 MVA and 1 x 100 MVA transformers and their accompanying accessories.

The transformers were delivered in a specific sequence to Malaya, Rizal, San Jose Bulacan, Bauang La Union and San Rafael Bulacan.

Challenges during the delivery were low lying cables, town aches and construction projects such as the concrete pouring operations for MRT 7. Antrak Logistics planning was crucial because of the heaviest Transformer (300MVA Transformer) weighed 163 Tons and measured 10.7 x 3.7 x 4.15meters, Antrak employed a 2 x 8 Lines multi axle trailer with a modified vessel bridge to transport the transformers. Total volume and weight delivered were 1,493 cubic meters and 786 Tons total weight.

The TRAFOs are upgrades to NGCP’s Substations in anticipation of the various Power Plants expansions that will come online by 2020.

Taiheiyo Cement

Taiheiyo Cement Out of Gauge Cargo Ex-Antwerp to Cebu

Antrak delivers 7×40’ Out of Gauge Steel Plates via Flatrack from Antwerp, Netherlands to Taiheiyo Cement factory at San Fernando, Naga, Cebu. Shipment has been arranged as early as October 2018 due to the dimensions of the Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Plates intended for their cement factory expansion project in Naga, Cebu. Antrak Philippines was nominated by Taiheiyo Cement to handle the shipment from origin, customs clearance and delivery to site at approximately 4kms from Cebu International Port via National Highway. Shipment has been completely delivered and received last April 4, 2019.

Antrak IMS Certification

Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation Receives the IMS Certification

It was in 2017 that APTSC decided to pursue an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) certification for the international forwarding and industrial projects business of the organization.

The establishment and implementation of the three Management Systems was not an easy journey for the whole company, but with the cooperation of each business unit and the constant support and commitment of the Management team, APTSC successfully received the recommendation from Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) Philippines on January 2018. The initiative and commitment driven by the Top Management played an important role in the implementation and achieving the certification.

Marathon Day 2018

Antrak And Bollore - Marathon Day 2018 Theme: “ Foam Fest Fun Run”

Every year in September, Bolloré Transport & Logistics’ employees around the world come together in solidarity and do a run or walk 5 kilometers for a good cause. This year, for every employee that participates, Bolloré Transport & Logistics management donates € 3 to SOS Villages D’ Enfants.

Given the happy culture of the Filipino, the “Marathon Day” is not only seen as a charity event, but also a companywide activity where employees can take a break from their busy scheduled and just have fun. Every year, different themes and ideas are considered to make the event a success and memorable to each and every participant. For this year’s Marathon Day, Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation, a subsidiary of Bolloré Logistics, and Bolloré Logistics Philippines decided to do a Foam Fest Fun Run theme.

A total of 163 participants from both organizations took part in the event – they ran and walked happily through the liquid foam at the start and at the finish line. Even took a lot of selfies and pictures while at the middle of the liquid foams! At the end of the activity, 3 males and 3 females who finished early were awarded with a medal.

A Blood Donation Project of Antrak, Bolloré & Blassi

Every six months, Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation (APTSC), Bolloré Logistics Philippines and BL Asia Support Services, Inc. (BLASSI, organize a Blood Donation Event together with Philippine Red Cross – National Blood Center.

The 4th Blood Donation Project, which was led by Dr. Sheryll Tonelete of Philippine Red Cross, was held last March 22, 2019, at Pamcor Building, BL Asia Support Services, Inc. Head Office in Parañaque, from 08:00am to 03:00pm. Employees from the three organizations were able to donate a total of 13,200cc of blood from 33 successful donors.

Successful donors were given a blood donation card and a ball pen from Philippine Red Cross. A button pin was also given to them by APTSC and Bolloré Philippines Management as a token of gratitude and appreciation.

Naga Relief

Antrak Joins Relief Drive for Naga Cebu Landslide Victims

Bayanihan is a core essence of the Filipino culture. It is helping out our fellow Filipino in times of crisis and hardships and that is what our Antrak and Bolloré team has shown last September 29.

Heavy rainfall and strong wind during Typhoon Mangkhut caused a landslide in Naga Cebu “completely covered” left more than a hundred families without home.

In light of losses and damages caused by the typhoon, Bolloré and Antrak Cebu initiated a relief drive for our “kababayan” affected by the disaster. With the help from the Manila office, they were able to give food and toiletries to 80 families staying at the evacuation center.
