Ongoing deliveries for FDC CFCB
June proved to be a very busy month for FDC’s 3 x 135 MW Coal Fired Power Plant Project. A total of 36,761 Cubic Meters arrived in 3 separate Breakbulk shipments. It saw heavy lifts from ALSTOM Power. The first of two(2) were Turbine Generators weighing 115 Tons each with a dimension of 6.98m x 3.5m x 3.32m (LxWxH). The second was two (2) units of Condensers weighing 56.5 Tons each with dimensions of 7.8m x 4.2m x 5.31m (LxWxH). All equipment were all received at shipside on a 12-line multi-axle trailer that was on an LCT. The LCT then docked on a temporary jetty and the cargo was rolled off and deliver to site.
Juwi Renewables 4.5 Megawatts Kirahon Solar Power Plant Project
Antrak Logistics successfully delivered all equipment for Juwi Renewables and Kirahon Solar Energy Corporation’s first solar-powered power plant project at Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. This is the second solar project delivered by Antrak Logistics. Transport delivery was completed last August 2015. The deliveries were composed of approximately 130 containers. Antrak Logistic’s scope was Customs clearance, delivery as well as shipping of some of the critical packages.
This move will help bring much-needed electricity to this island of Mindanao that is currently in a deficient as far as power needs.
This is the second solar power plant that Antrak Logistics delivered for EPC contractor Juwi Renewables.
NGCP Awards Balingueo Project and Malita-Matanao Grid Project
Antrak Logistics was awarded a contract to Transport Shipments for National Grid Corporation of the Philippines’ Balingueo Substation in Pangasinan and the Transmission Line and substation for the Malita-Matanao Grid. The Malita-Matanao project is an essential project as this will serve as SMC Consolidated Power Corporation’s interconnection for their 2×150 MW Power Plant located in Malita.
The delivery consists of approximately 440 containers for the Balingueo Project and 600 containers for the Malita-Matanao Line. The cargo consists of components for the transmission towers and the substation to accommodate the production from the SMC Plant
PROJECT BOARD
Antrak Logistics delivered two (2) units Power Transformers weighing 160T each and with dimensions of 10m x 4m x 4.5m (LxWxH) for SMC’s Coal Fired Power Plant at Malita, Davao.
Each Power Transformer was received at shipside on a 12-line multi-axle trailer on an LCT. It then was rolled off a jetty constructed by Antrak Logistics.
Antrak Logistics delivered these two (2) units turbine generator weighing 118T each with dimensions of 6.98 m x 3.5m x 3.52m (LxWxH) for FDC-NEPC Coal Fired Power Plant at Cagayan de Oro.
Antrak Logistics received this on an LCT from shipside using a 12-line multi-axle trailer.
Antrak Logistics delivered three (3) condenser units for SMC Malita power plant in Mindanao. The condensers had weights of up to 50 Tons and dimensions of 10m x 3m x 3m (LxWxH).
Antrak Logistics’ scope was customs clearance, receiving of cargo on an LCT at shipside, then roll- off on a jetty and delivery to site.
Antrak Logistics shipped, customs cleared, and delivered from overseas a mine site Switchroom, which had a dimension of 13m x4.55m x 3.75m (LxWxH) and weight of 28T.
Antrak Logistics utilized a special hydraulic trailer with crawler deck to bring the overall height to acceptable transport dimensions.
Antrak Logistics delivered HDEP Pipes for TVI’s 300MW Looc, Toledo City, Cebu Power Plant.

2nd Annual Antrak Logistics Golf Tournament
The 2nd Antrak Logistics Golf Tournament was held at the scenic Riviera Golf and Country Club on April 17, 2015, and indeed it was one for the books. This year’s tournament saw 62 players composed of clients and business partners of Antrak Logistics compared to last year’s tournament which only had 42 participants.
After the tournament, the participants and guests gathered at the Riviera Grill Room for the awarding ceremony, fellowship, and networking which was followed by raffle draws. It was a fun-filled activity for all those who actively contribute to making this event truly a success.

Antrak Logistics Sports Fest 2015 ends with a blast!
Antrak held its Sports Fest on July 4, 2015, at the Olivarez Sports Center Stadium. The objective was to “Engage employees in sports and fitness activities in order to encourage a healthy lifestyle, social interaction & general well-being at work.”
The company was divided into four teams—Blue Team, Green Team, Pink Team, and Yellow Team. The day’s activities started with a cheering competition then followed by basketball and volleyball competitions. Lastly was the “Palarong Pinoy” traditional Filipino games, which used native materials. This game brought out resourcefulness among the team members of Antrak.
At the end of the day, even if only one team came out victorious as the overall champion, in reality, all the teams were winners. All the day’s events were successful and brought the Antrak family closer than it was before. As early as now, everyone is looking forward to next year’s Sports Fest.
35th Annual Ten Pin Bowling Tournament of the Chamber of Mines
Fourteen fun weeks of bowling and fourteen companies joining this year’s Chamber of Mines 35th Annual Ten Pin Bowling Tournament. Games are held every Tuesday, 5:30 pm, at the AMF’s Coronado Lanes of Starmall, Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City.
Team Antrak gives importance to this annual tournament to the companies associated with the Chamber of Mines. More than a networking event, Antrak Logistics would like to extend its support to the organization that made this annual event vibrant over the past three decades. The spirit of camaraderie, friendship and sportsmanship are the values to which this event brings which makes the bond stronger between member companies of the organization.

The Antrak Logistics 2nd Summer outing was held on May 9, 2015, at Kamana Sanctuary Resort in Subic. Our theme: “Teamwork Makes the Dream Works” with a winning formula, the 3 C’s: Communicate, Collaborate and Celebrate.
Aside from having a good time at a beautiful beach resort, our team members were put through the paces going through various challenges in the competitions that were held for the day. Each of the challenges was designed to help people realized how important cooperation was and how a weakness in the chain can lead to failure. It was made clear that Focus and Teamwork are the keys to success.
Set Up of Antrak Logistics VizMin Branch in Cebu
Antrak Logistics celebrated yet another milestone on its 2nd year of Philippine operation by setting up a branch office at Cebu. The office commenced its operation last August 3, 2015.
The new office is located on the ground floor of Menzi Complex Bldg., M.L. Quezon, National Highway, Corner Old Mactan Bridge, Pajo, Lapu Lapu City.
OFFICE SAFETY MANAGEMENT: Fire & Earthquake Drill and MMDA Shake Drill
On July 24, 2015, the 3rd batch of the First Aid and Disaster Management Training was held at the Antrak Head Office. 10 additional employees were certified by the Good Responders Training Institute. To date, Antrak Logistics has a total of 33 employees who are active members of the Antrak Office Safety Management Team. These 33 members are trained in First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Emergency Disaster Management.
The office safety team facilitated a fire and earthquake drill on the same day. Antrak Logistics achieved the Platinum 10 after taking only a total of 3 minutes and 35 seconds to evacuate both 2nd and 3rd floors, which had 67 employees who were there that day. Part of the drill was the evacuation of two casualties who had three different types of injuries. First aid and evacuation on a stretcher were done during that day.
A week after on July 30, 2015, Antrak Logistics participated in the Metro-wide Shake Drill. The 3rd-floor office was evacuated in 1 minute and 36 seconds, and the 2nd-floor office was evacuated in 1 minute and 27 seconds. At that time, there were 70 employees and guests on both floors.

Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corp. (APTSC) is committed to provide quality services to our clients and to protect the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, and others connected with our logistics activities. Also, we will take the effort to protect the environment as well.
Soon we will develop the company-wide Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment system with our Bollore Group.
Our employees are encouraged to attend and participate in the company basic safety and health seminar and training. All personnel at the project and construction site are required to attend and adhere to the safety orientation and training of the contractors and plant owner.
Antrak Logistics’ top management direction is a positive and proactive approach towards safety.
