Antrak Logistics grows Business Process Outsourcing Services
At the current economic status of the Philippines, the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing sectors.
In 2015, the potential of a BPO Antrak Perth, the IFF (International Freight Forwarding) trends, the advantages of outsourcing in the Philippines, and other significant external factors inspired the birth of BPO Bolloré Singapore, which eventually became one of the avenues that necessitated the birth of BPO Australia New Zealand/BPO Pacific. As a proposal and deal made between Stefan Schmitz (CEO, Antrak Logistics) and SDV ANZ, BPO Pacific was then instituted under contract here in the Philippines. The Go-live process had taken place smoothly for all branches in both business units beginning with Perth and Melbourne to Brisbane and Sydney, and then Auckland, which was the last one to take off in the second quarter of 2016. The main task for the air and sea-import operators includes job file registration, cargo reporting, sending pre-alerts to brokers, import draft invoicing, E-Docs, and events updating while the AOC team does the supplier matching and AOC reporting.
With the Philippines as one of the leading and competitive BPO labor force countries in the world, it continues to be a promising prospect for the BPO Industry and BPO Pacific on its conclusive status showing significant improvement and potential to grow in number and business, manifested by its consistent progress in terms of accuracy and productivity level. And as we celebrate our 1st year on this coming March 2017, we look forward to a more invigorating and vital year ahead. We are more agitated to carry our work with gladness, brilliant discernments, and passion.
