2 x 150 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project for Aboitiz Therma South
Antrak Logistics mobilized a 12-line multi-axle trailer to San Miguel Power Project Site, their 300MW coal plant project in Malita, Davao Del Sur. This trailer was used to receive one (1) unit turbine generator weighing 217 Tons. This turbine generator was received at ship side on an LCT.
After the receiving, jetty roll-off operation was then done using a jetty designed and constructed by Antrak Logistics.
2 x 150 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project for SMC Limay
Antrak Logistics mobilized a 12-line multi-axle trailer to San Miguel Power Project Site, their 300MW Coal Plant Project in Limay, Bataan. This trailer was used to receive one (1) unit Turbine Generator weighing 217 Tons. This Turbine Generator was received at ship side on an LCT.
After the receiving, jetty roll-off operation was then done at an existing jetty at the project site.
Delivery of Taiheiyo Cement Philippines, Inc. new 8k Finish Mill
Antrak Logistics completed the delivery of the Mill shell during the first quarter of 2015. The scope of work consisted of customs clearance, receiving from an international vessel to an LCT craft, roll off at the port, transport to site, and unloading at laydown area.
Gross weight of the shell was 156,000 kgs. Transport Dimensions of the shell was 18,000 x 5,025 x 5,065 in mm (L xWxH). Antrak used a 12 line multi-axel trailer for the overland transport of the shell.
Juwi Renewables / EDC Burgos 4.5 Megawatts Solar Powered Power Plant Project
Antrak Logistics successfully delivered all equipment for Juwi Renewables and Energy Development Corporation’s (EDC) first solar-powered power plant project in the Philippines. Logistics delivery was completed during the first quarter of 2015. The deliveries were composed of around 39 containers plus some airfreight cargo. Antrak’s scope was customs clearance, delivery, and shipping of some of the packages.
The project site is located in Burgos, Ilocos Norte. The solar farm was set up underneath the windmills of EDC.
First main deliveries for FDC CFCB
Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation was appointed as full logistics provider for the inland delivery of all component for the FDC Utilities, Inc.’s 405 MW Power Plant inside the Phividec Industrial Compound in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental – the Power Generating Portfolio of the Filinvest Group.
The scope of work involves the planning & transport of all Containerized and Breakbulk Cargo from Cagayan de Oro Port to Site.
Delivery started last January 2015 with the arrival of the 16 Meter Long Loading Girders and 107T Boiler Drum for the first of the three 135MW Power Generating Units that make up the Plant. For this, Antrak employed a 12 Lines Multi Axle Trailer with prime mover and a 1,500T LCT.
Antrak will continue to receive and transport NEPC’s Oversized and Heavy-lift items until 2016 where the Power Plant is expected to be finished and ready for commissioning.
With this project, Antrak has not only helped FDC with their first venture into the Power Industry but more importantly helped the Philippine Government in its efforts for a fully electrified and energy sufficient Mindanao.
Masbate Mill Exchange Project
Philippine Gold Processing and Refining Corp. (PGPRC), a subsidiary of Global Mining Company B2Gold, undertook a milestone project by upgrading their Sag Mill of their Masbate Gold Project Processing Plant. The upgrade involved the decommissioning of the old sag mill and a brand new mill from Australia.
Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation was appointed as full logistics provider for the inland delivery and installation of the new sag mill.
The scope involved the planning, transporting from Manila Port and executing some of the most critical phases of the project. To strengthen its commitment to excellence in service, Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation partnered with Mammoet Singapore – a global leader in engineered heavy lift solutions.
The two heaviest and complicated lifts of the project consisted of: (1) lifting a 370-ton old sag mill and; (2) replacing it with the fully assembled brand new mill which weighs 280 tons. In order to execute these lifts, Antrak mobilized two of Mammoet’s crawler cranes ex Malaysia—the LR11200 Liebherr with a 1,200 tons lifting capacity, and a Sumitomo SCX 280 with a 280 tons lifting capacity. Several other support equipment such as smaller cranes, forklifts and work platforms from Manila were also mobilized.
Antrak arranged the international shipping of the 4,750 freight ton crane from Malaysia to Aroroy, Masbate, Philippines through shipside receiving via anchorage on an LCT craft. Unloading of crane assembly was through PGPRC’s Causeway after which, land transport to the site was conducted by Antrak Logistics.
Project completion was three (3) months. Antrak Logistics's 1st Invitational Golf Tournament
Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation held its 1st Golf Tournament at Canlubang Golf and Country Club last 25th of April 2014. The tournament is Antrak’s way of returning its appreciation to all our clients and business partners in the Logistics industry.
It was an exciting event participated by 42 players representing 24 companies, mostly from the Power and Mining Industries.
Last year’s Over-All Defending Champion was Mr. Andy Florida of SMC.
Class A, B, and C Champions were Mr. Clarence de Guia (SMC), Mr. Michael Joaquin( Monark Equipment Corp), and Mr. Rodrigo Balagot (NGCP).
1st Runner Ups Class A, B, and C were Mr. June Tumamao (JIBSEN International Trading Corp), Mr. Ariel Mula (Moto Industrial Traders Corp), and Mr. Felipe Lu (EDC).
2nd Runner Ups Class A, B, and C were Mr. Norman Tiongson (PGPRC), Mr. Jorel Nuyda (Siemens), and Mr. Pete Ybanez (NGCP).
Special Awards were given to Mr. Norman Tiongson for the Nearest to the Pin, Mr. George Yap for the Longest Drive, and Mr. Jun Marcaida for the Most Accurate Drive.
Antrak had also given away Raffle Prizes, which added to the excitement of all the players.

Springboard Foundation Program in Daang Bantayan
After typhoon Yolanda’s devastation, students from Tacloban started back their school activities and to try and build their confidence back as individuals.
Antrak sponsored the logistics for the importation of the Springboard Foundation school bag project at the Bantayan Island and filled the bag with school supplies.
Antrak Logistics’ Community Social Responsibility Group, which is composed of employees of Antrak, have organized and volunteered at the DSWD Repacking Hub at the Villamor Airbase. The consolidated donations from various groups are intended for the grade school children victims of Typhoon Yolanda.
Antrak Logistics Exhibits at the 2014 Mining Philippines Conference and Exhibition
Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corp. (APTSC) was one of the exhibitors of Mining Philippines 2014 – an annual event organized by the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines and Antrak Logistics’ 2nd year to participate. Held last September 16 – 18 2014 at Sofitel Philippines Plaza Manila, the exhibition attracted major mining stakeholders from locally and even abroad.
The event was attended by key people in the mining industry and government officials particularly Amb. Rodolfor C. Severino Jr., Former Secretary General of ASEAN, Mr. Magnus Ericsson, Founder Raw Materials Group Sweden, Hon. Senator Alan Peter Cayetano and Hon. Vice President Jejomar Binay to name a few.
Brigada Eskwela: Antrak’s Book Donation Affair
The Rivera Village Elementary School at Brgy. Sto. Nino, Paranaque was thankful for the support of Antrak Logistics in the school’s “Brigada Eskwela” Project Initiatives. It aims to provide the students of the school with a better facility and tools for their developmental stages of learning.
Last year, Antrak participated in the book donation activities of the school and also donated chairs and cleaning materials and was involved in making the Christmas Party of the Faculty and Students more merry and meaningful.
The 61st PMSEA Annual National Mine Safety and Environment Conference
“61 Years of Responsible Mining” was the theme of 2014 Annual National Mine Safety and Environment Conference which Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corp. (APTSC) participated as one of the exhibitors. The event was held last November 11-14, 2014 at the Camp John Hay, Baguio City.
The conference was composed of various activities like minefield safety demonstration and competition, mining symposium, mining exhibit, and sports competition. The highlight of the Conference was the Awards Night and Testimonial Dinner that recognizes the best mining forest, the best achievements in mine safety and health and the best achievement in environmental protection.
This was the 2nd year that Antrak Logistics has participated as an exhibitor for this annual event.
Carols from the Children’s Joy Foundation
Last Christmas, Antrak has invited and shared with the children of The Children of Joy Foundation the spirit of Christmas. The children performed for the Antrak employees by singing various Christmas songs as well as dance numbers. Antrak Logistics has put together Christmas loot bags and shared lunch with the kids.
Antrak breaks its 100th employee mark in less than two years
Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corp. (APTSC) started on April 2013 with forty-one (41) employees in its Paranaque Office—current office site. Progressively, many accounts and projects came in. Thus, the company hired additional personnel to cope with the accounts and projects, including operations and support department.
On its second year of operation, Antrak now has a team of over 100 personnel—a record performance fueled by stable and continuous projects.
